In what seemed like no time at all, they removed our existing sod, constructed nine attractive, well-designed beds, filled the beds with organic planting material, filled the space between the beds with cedar chips, and when finished, cleaned up remarkably thoroughly. Throughout the whole process, we found Colin and his crew to be professional, considerate, efficient, flexible and good-humored. The final cost conformed to the original estimate and the project was completed on schedule. Seattle Urban Farm Company took our boring front lawn and turned it into an attractive and extremely usable growing space. We are already reaping the benefits of their efforts in the form of healthy pea, asparagus, cucumber, lettuce, kale, tomato and herb plants, with plenty of room left for more planting.
