Vision and Mission

VISION:

We believe that sustainable urban agriculture can promote healthy diets, environmental stewardship, stronger communities and improved quality of life. We hope that developing economically sound, city-based farming ventures will increase public awareness of agricultural issues, and foster a greater appreciation of farmers everywhere.

 

MISSION:

Our mission is to facilitate the sustainable production and consumption of edible crops and livestock in urban environments through:

·         Edible garden design, installation and maintenance

·         Education of individuals, businesses and non-profits

·         Provision of resources for organic food production and preservation
