Site Plan

This is the first phase of every landscape design project. The site plan allows us to help you create a comprehensive layout for your property. The process typically includes multiple iterations of layout options and results in a scaled map of your project including all site elements (raised beds, patios, pathways, etc), material choices and dimensions.

REnderings

These are colored versions of your design drawings. Renderings can help bring a project to life on the page. Although not always a necessary step in the design process, many clients find that rendered drawings help them visualize their space before beginning the construction phase of the project

Planting Plan

If your project includes perennial plantings, it may be necessary to develop detailed planting plans for these spaces. Planting plans allow us to determine the exact species, quantity, placement of every plant in your plan.

Lighting Plan

Landscape lighting can help improve safety and enliven your space for evening events.

Sections

A section shows a vertical plane cut through a landscape object, in the same way as a floor plan shows a horizontal section viewed from the top. Sections are used to describe the relationship between different landscape elevations within or between objects.

Construction Documents

These technical drawings may be necessary to ensure proper construction if your plan includes complicated site elements such as retaining walls or includes structures that require permits.
