We hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not exactly what you want, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges.


Returns

To return your purchase, please contact us and we’ll email you a printable pre-paid return label. We’re unable to pay for return shipping at this time, so the shipping expense will be deducted from your refund.

Requirements: Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of when you received it. After 7 days, all sales are final.

  • The product needs to be returned in its original state and its original packaging - unused, undamaged, and unaltered. Please note that we may deny a refund if the returned product doesn’t meet these requirements.

  • If your shipment is defective or you received the wrong item, we’ll process the return free of charge.

  • We don’t charge processing or re-stocking fees.


Exchanges

If you’d like to make an exchange, please contact us and include the product and color you’d like to exchange for.

The requirements for an exchange are the same as those for returned items.


Missing items

We’re not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package never arrived or is damaged during transport, please submit a claim with the shipping company. If you need help figuring out what to do, please contact us.
